These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through Vireliona.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About Our Products and Services

Vireliona offers logo design services, branding services, and digital design products.

Each product or service may have its own specifications, including:

• Design scope
• Number of concepts
• Number of revisions
• Final file formats
• Estimated delivery time
• Usage or licensing terms
• Other included deliverables

Please review the individual product description carefully before placing an order.

2. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

After submitting your order, you may be required to provide additional information about your business, preferred design style, colors, references, target audience, or other project requirements.

An order may be declined or cancelled in circumstances including suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, technical errors, incorrect pricing, or inability to fulfill the requested service.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time. However, changes in price will not affect an order that has already been successfully accepted and paid for, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

Applicable taxes or other charges may be added where required by law and will be displayed during checkout where applicable.

4. Payment

Payment must be successfully completed before we begin work or provide the purchased digital product, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Your payment information may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the applicable payment provider.

5. Custom Logo Design Orders

For custom logo design services, work begins after we receive the information reasonably necessary to start the project.

The design will be created according to the purchased package and the information provided by the customer.

The final result may vary from any examples, references, or inspiration materials provided during the ordering process.

6. Revisions

Revision availability depends on the specific product or package purchased.

If revisions are included, they must remain within the scope of the purchased service.

Requests for additional concepts, substantially different directions, additional deliverables, or work outside the original scope may require an additional fee.

7. Delivery

Vireliona primarily provides digital products and services.

Final files are delivered electronically through email, download link, customer account, or another digital delivery method.

Estimated delivery times are provided on the relevant product page where applicable.

Delivery may take longer if required information is missing or if the customer does not respond to project communications.

8. Digital Products

Because digital products can be accessed or delivered electronically, purchases may become non-refundable once the product has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

If a digital product is defective, inaccessible, or materially different from the purchased product, please contact us so we can review the issue.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

Custom logo design orders may become non-refundable once creative work has started because time and resources have already been invested in the project.

Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

10. Final Design Files

The exact files included with your purchase depend on the product or package selected.

Where applicable, final files may include formats such as PNG, JPG, SVG, and PDF.

Editable/source files are not included unless specifically stated in the product description or written agreement.

11. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

The ownership and usage rights associated with a purchased logo or design are determined by the terms of the specific product or package.

Unused concepts, rejected designs, drafts, sketches, working files, and other materials not included in the final deliverables remain the property of Vireliona unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense design files except where expressly permitted by the applicable license or agreement.

12. Trademarks

Vireliona does not guarantee that a purchased logo is available for trademark registration or that it does not conflict with an existing trademark.

Customers are responsible for conducting appropriate trademark searches and obtaining professional legal advice where necessary.

13. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project information
• Providing materials that you have the right to use
• Reviewing designs and communicating requested changes
• Responding to project-related communications in a timely manner
• Checking final files before using them for commercial purposes

Vireliona is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or delayed customer responses.

14. Portfolio Use

Unless otherwise agreed, Vireliona may display completed design work in its portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials to showcase its services.

If you require confidentiality or do not want your completed project displayed publicly, please contact us before or during the project.

15. Order Cancellation by Vireliona

We reserve the right to cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including cases involving:

• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Unauthorized payment
• Abuse or misuse of our services
• Incorrect product pricing
• Technical or operational errors
• Inability to reasonably fulfill the order

If we cancel a paid order before the service has been provided, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

16. Errors in Orders

If you notice an error in your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to correct an order before work begins. Once custom design work has started, changes may not be possible without additional costs.

17. Third-Party Services

Vireliona may use third-party providers for payment processing, ecommerce functionality, hosting, digital delivery, email communication, and other business operations.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

18. Changes to Products

We reserve the right to modify, update, discontinue, or replace products and services offered on Vireliona.com.

Such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid for, except where required due to legal, technical, or operational circumstances.

19. Applicable Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the applicable laws of France and USA, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts or dispute-resolution authorities having jurisdiction under applicable law.
